BE MOJOO : PRODUCT RETURNS
🚴‍♂ RETURN CONDITIONS


To return a product, make sure that the item
has not been damaged in any way
has not been used
is in perfect condition
is complete
& in its original packaging.



At #BeMojoo, safety is essential.
That's why we take the utmost care to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition and without any damage.



🚴‍♀ PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW 🚴‍♀

1. Before returning your product, please send us an e-mail to: sav@bemojoo.com.
2. Fill in the returns form provided by our team.

3. Slide the returns form into the parcel and close it securely.
4. You are responsible for the cost of the return.
You can therefore choose the carrier of your choice. We advise you to use a tracked parcel.
5. Give the parcel to the carrier.

NB: If the product is returned without having completed the returns form, the return cannot be taken into account.



REFUND PERIOD 🛴
On receipt of the parcel, the Be Mojoo team will check that the return conditions have been met and confirm that the order has been refunded.


The order is refunded by re-crediting the payment method (credit card, Paypal, bank transfer, cheque) within 15 days of the product being returned.


If the return conditions are not respected, BeMojoo will not be able to refund or issue a credit note for the products concerned.
