When necessary, remove the inner padding and hand wash.
Some happy owners of Lumos helmets like to have 2 paddings, which allows them to alternate, & thus wash one padding while using the other.
This foam and lycra reinforcement is compatible with LUMOS Kickstart (sports) helmets with and without MIPS.
